OSWEGO, Ill. (WLS) -- A Chicago woman was arrested after a 15-year-old girl on
a bicycle was injured in a hit-and-run crash early Wednesday in the west
suburbs.
The crash happened around 12:07 a.m. at Route 31 and West Washington Street in
Oswego, police said.
